Logomancy: A Game Within a Game

What if playing  RPGs really did lead to madness, murder, and suicide?

In this system-neutral horror scenario, the PCs will investigate the spread of a new RPG that drives people mad, not unlike the King in Yellow. The PCs need to find out what's going on and find the source of the game before more people get hurt.

The scenario includes a micro-game designed to be used as an in-game handout. The PCs could actually play this game as a game within a game.

You can run this with horror games like Call of Cthulhu, Delta Green, Cthulhu Dark, or with generic systems.
